Drew this back in 2005 when I was madly in love with Doctor Who (the programme that is, not the actor). It was the time of my life where I would only draw Weebl and Bob stuff, and this was no exception. I was going to take the picture down but considering it's generated a massive amount of favourites, I may aswell keep it here as it is.
